FAQ:

Does my puppy need to be fixed?

Puppies under the age of 6 months do not need to be fixed.

What is the training method?

We use a balanced training approach that focuses on clear communication through both positve reinforcement and appropriate correction. We don’t rely on treats – instead, we use a slip lead to guide and reinforce behavior.

Is potty training included?

Yes- potty training is reinforced throughout our strutured program. During their stay, dogs follow a consistent schedule that supports housebreaking. At night, they sleep in spacious private rooms, but if you’d like your dog to recieve crate training that mirrors your home setup, you’re welcome to bring the crate you plan on using post-boarding.

What can i expect as a first-time puppy owner?

Raising a puppy is a big commitment- it takes time, patience, and consistency. While many puppies can learn commands quickly, things often shift during adolescense, when they start testing boundaries and challenging what they’ve learned. That is why it is so important to start training early. Building the right habits and communication tools now sets the foundation for long-term success. Realistically, most dogs need consistent training reinforcement until around 2 years old. so the earlier you start, the better prepared you’ll be to guide your puppy through every stage of development.
