Will my dog forget me?
Not at all! Dogs don’t forget their people- even after weeks apart. In fact, most of our clients say their dog is even more bonded and responsive after training because there’s clear communication and trust built into the relationship.
What is the training method?
We use a balanced training approach that focuses on clear communication through both positve reinforcement and appropriate correction. We don’t rely on treats- instead, we use a slip lead to guide and reinforce behavior.
What if my dog isn’t neutur/spayed?
Dogs over the age of 6 months not fixed will be exempt from social play. Puppies under 6 months not fixed WILL be allowed social play.
What if my dog is aggressive/reactive with other dogs?
Definitely schedule a consult with our team to assess the right program for your dog. In addition to our social yard, we have a separate isolated yard where ‘reactive’ dogs can still enjoy the outdoors with shaded and sunbathing areas.
What if my dog is aggressive/reactive with people?
Many of the dogs we work with have some level of reactivity or aggression, and in most cases, its manageable through our personalized structured training approach. That said, every dog is different, and safety is our top priority. We recommend scheduling a consult with our team so we can assess your dog’s behavior and determine the best program fit. In more severe cases, we’ll pair you with our trainer for a specialized behavior program – either way, we’ll guide you toward the right step.
